2. Prototype Status

Important Notice: Rasto is currently a prototype and experimental service. We are actively developing and testing the platform. The service may experience downtime, bugs, or changes to functionality without notice.

By using this service, you acknowledge that you are participating in an experimental platform and that features may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Use of Service

You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

4. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers to deliver functionality:

• OpenAI: For processing some components of queries.
• Mailjet: We use Mailjet for sending transactional emails (account verification, notifications)

Your use of our service is also governed by the terms of service of these third-party providers.

5. AI-Generated Content

Responses provided by Rasto are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered as professional advice, whether legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. The AI system reflects specific philosophical and theological perspectives as described in our About page.

You are responsible for verifying any information provided and should consult with qualified professionals for specific advice related to your circumstances.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, or conditions relating to our service and the use of this service (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rasto, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this service.

8. Legal Entity Status

Important: There is no established legal entity for RastoAI at this time. This is currently a personal project. Should a legal entity be established in the future, all users will be notified via email, and these terms may be updated accordingly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify all registered users via email. Your continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
